Social responsibility and environmental stewardship are central to our operations. By focusing on programs that drive impact within each of the five pillars of our Corporate Responsibility program, we can build a sustainable business and continue to expand in a world where organizations and people align with others who share their values.

In 2016 we formalized our Corporate Responsibility program, which is centered on five pillars—working to integrate triple-bottom-line decision making throughout the organization to maximize our impact. We publish a Corporate Responsibility Program Overview, which outlines our goals and approach, sharing stories that highlight our commitment to our program. Annually we also publish a secondary executive summary that highlights events and successes achieved during that year (please reference 2016 and 2017 Annual Summaries).

To evaluate our Corporate Responsibility program, one must understand the goals of each of our pillars, which are provided in the bullets below. Following this executive summary is a narrative highlighting some of the work that has been done since our last reporting cycle.
